ABOUT US

Established in 2016, Redstone Gateway Conference & Dining Center offers a unique experience that combines warm hospitality, comfortable atmosphere, and state-of-the art technology. It is the umbrella organization to our three sister restaurants Rocket City Tavern, Fiero Mexican Street Food, and Dipwich All-American Sandwiches.

Our private event space is located in the adjacent rooms of Rocket City Tavern. With almost 5,700 square feet of modern meeting space and 8 rooms to choose from, Redstone Gateway is the ideal choice for any function. Our clients trust us to help them highlight the wonderful things they are proud of including achievements years in the making, celebrations that mark the beginning of a lifetime of happiness, parties to celebrate a body of work with a company and even fundraisers that help that support our community.

We are known for the great care we put into every meal that we prepare in our kitchen.
With over 40 years of experience in esteemed restaurants, Chef Michael Northern is sure to craft a delicious menu to meet your needs.  Although the quality of our food service and food never changes, our event space does! We can adapt and accommodate to all types of events including but not limited to:

MEET OUR TEAM

Bill Miller - Vice President & Director of Operations

Bill has 30+ years’ experience in restaurant operations. Bill started his career and spent 20 years with Darden Restaurants, working every position from dishwasher to multi-unit manager. This hands-on upbringing gave him a unique understanding of the operational challenges at every level of restaurant operations. After retiring from Darden at an early age, Bill joined Panera Bread as a District Manager, overseeing the restaurants in Florida before leaving to join the growing BJ’s Brewhouse brand where he opened restaurants in Virginia and Alabama. Most recently he served as Director of Operations for Topgolf before joining the WJP Restaurant Group in early 2020.
Michael Northern - Vice President & Executive Chef

Michael has 30+ years’ experience as a chef and concept-developer. From 1976 until 1997, Michael was a leader in culinary development at The Levy Restaurants eventually serving as Senior Vice President and Partner. In 1997 Michael joined Nordstrom where he was responsible for all of Nordstrom’s culinary efforts at their 52 company restaurants. During his time at Nordstrom, Michael authored 4 best-selling cookbooks. Michael joined the WJP Restaurant Group as Vice President and Executive Chef upon inception in 2016.

Rhonda Stiles - Sales and Catering Director

Rhonda's passion for customer service and hospitality have guided through her 25 year career in the industry. Rhonda also enjoys volunteering in the community and has been the chairperson for Relay for Life, served as Secretary of the Pigeon Forge Lodging Association, and believes that giving back is important. 
Rhonda is married to a retired Navy Veteran with 4 beautiful children and one wonderful granddaughter. 
Her hobbies include baking, painting, and singing

For a one-of-a-kind exciting experience, reserve the Chef’s Table with Chef Michael and dine in the center of our kitchen.  Watch the chef at work and let the heat from grill keep you warm as you partake in a custom multi-course menu suited to your taste and expectations.

Our professional yet comfortable atmosphere is perfect for gatherings of 10 – 100.  Our rooms can be separated by fold away sound proof walls and glass panels.  We supply top-of-the-line audio and visual capabilities for your meeting.  Beautifully landscaped patios and connecting restaurants are ideal for breaks or post meeting discussions.

We would love to host your special event.  Social events are all about the feel good vibe which is why we take the time to customize our service and look to fit your plans and expectations.  We specialize in are plated dinners, beautiful food displays, eye-catching buffets, refreshing cocktails, and passed appetizers.   Ensuring your event is a success is important to us. For that reason, we will have plenty of planning conversations prior to the day of to make sure we do it right.
