We look forward to providing you with our highly personalized service and feel that due to our intimate size we can offer a quality experience superior to the many other fine options available in our area. With 5,665 square feet of modern meeting space and 8 rooms to choose from, Redstone Gateway is the ideal choice for day and evening meetings, classes, training programs, weekend conferences and special event receptions. Our facility is available seven days a week to accommodate every unique event. Our versatility, complimentary Wi-Fi and onsite professional staff support to complement every meeting will help to make your event a memorable event.
Our Chef’s Special Touch
Although the menu is representative of some of what we can offer, a very special point of pride at Redstone Gateway Conference & Dining Center is our flexibility in planning the food for your special event. If you don’t find what you prefer our Chef and our Director of Catering & Sales would be delighted to work with you to create a menu that is sure to dazzle your guests and make your gathering the talk of the town. We even offer special parties in our state of the art kitchen for Chefs’ Table Events for parties up to 40 that are sure to be memorable and talked about for years afterwards.
A 25% deposit is required upon confirmation of space. Payment of the remaining balance must be received 24 hours (1 business day) prior to the event unless credit has been otherwise arranged. A major credit card is required for all events with hosted beverages.
If the event is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable. Additional cancellation fees will be based on the amount of meeting space held, food revenue loss, and the date of the cancellation. Each Sales Contract will state these fees.
The Redstone Gateway Conference & Dining Center is not responsible for any personal items before, during or after an event. Clients are encouraged to secure their belongings.
Facility fees apply to meeting space booked at Redstone Gateway Conference & Dining Center in compliance with the Sales Contract. The client is required to vacate space at the time specified by the contract. If additional time is required, the on-site contact must negotiate the change with their Event Manager.
Audio-visual, lighting, floral decorations, photography, and music arrangements are available through our Redstone Gateway Conference & Dining Center Sales Department. The Catering Sales Director will be happy to assist you with any special arrangements.
Food guarantees must be received 72 hours (3 business days) prior to the event. If the guarantee is changed upwards within 48 hours of the event, the Redstone Gateway Conference Center reserves the right to substitute food items for the additional number of attendees. The Redstone Gateway Conference & Dining Center will charge for the number of people guaranteed or the number of meals served, whichever is higher. If the guarantee has not been received, the agreed upon number from the Sales Contract will be used for billing purposes.
We offer a variety of quality linens. Should you have a special request, arrangements can be made to rent or purchase additional linens. Cost will be charged to the client for any special linen requirements that fall outside the scope of our customary inventory.
Round tables of 6 are our standard seating. Requests for less than 6 will be honored with space permitting.
Conference Room Assignments
The Redstone Gateway Conference & Dining Center reserves the right to reallocate space in the following cases: increase or decrease in attendance, mechanical failures, or accessibility for service. If the guarantee increases beyond original booked space, the appropriate facility fees will apply (based upon available space). If a reduction of numbers occurs, the original facility fees apply. The Redstone Gateway Conference & Dining Center reserves the right to reassign conference room space.
About Our Pricing
Prices are subject to change with proper notification. All prices already include a “service fee” so you won’t need a calculator to figure out what our offerings really cost. Food & Beverage are subject to 9% sales tax.
